Notice of the Annual General Meeting:

The 2009 Annual General Meeting of the Leederville Tennis Club (Inc)

will be held on the 31st January 2009 at 5:30PM in the Clubroom.

Members are encouraged to attend and elect office bearers for the Board of Management

together with voting on proposed changes to update the Club's Constitution.

The meeting is also an opportunity for members to raise issues of concern and to give

direction to the Board on future developments at the Club.

Officers to be elected to the Board in 2009 are displayed on a notice in the Clubroom.
