About

Established in 1924, the Leederville Tennis Club has been an integral part of the community for over 90 years. Our club is located near the city, nearby Leederville restaurants and bars and has close access to the Mitchell Freeway.  You can view our current strategic plan here: LTC STRATEGIC PLAN 16 April 23.

The Club has 16 courts – 10 grass courts, 4 synthetic grass (underlights) and 2 hard courts (under lights).  We have a diverse membership and cater for players of all levels. There is regular social tennis on Saturday afternoon, Wednesday evening and Thursday morning. And, your membership entitles you to play ALL YEAR ROUND. We do not close through winter and do not charge ball fees.

We participate in Tennis West’s Tennis League, both summer and winter competitions. Players can choose to participate in Singles/Doubles or Doubles only competitions against other clubs.

Our club runs an active kids tennis programme, managed and overseen by our coach Peter Gerrans of Tennis Lessons Perth. Peter also conducts adult tennis lessons.

We welcome visitors to come along and experience our Club by having a social hit of tennis, followed by a friendly catch-up-and drink from the club bar. Joining is easy. We have various membership options and a special 25% off offer for new members. And, remember, membership includes club play ALL YEAR ROUND. Join online here. You’ll find us at the Freeway end of Bourke Street.
