Club Social Play

We welcome all members and visitors to join us for organised club social play. As a full member, you get access to social play all-year round (weather permitting). Visitors are welcome at a nominal visitors’ fee (see below). All organised social play is doubles play and mixed. Sets last for 25 minutes each, so over the course of an afternoon, or evening you will play with and against a number of different people. Weekend social tennis is followed by a friendly catch-up over drinks from the club bar.

Wednesday	7.30pm – 9.30pm (members pay light fee)
Thursday	9.00am – 11.00 followed by a cuppa
Friday	1:30pm – 5:00pm including afternoon tea and drinks & nibbles following play

Club members will be rostered for set/tea duty and should refer to the club newsletter or notice board.

Visitors

Visitors are always welcome to join in organised social play. Feel free come down at the start of play and make yourself known to the duty captain. The following visitors’ fees apply.

Senior visitors	$15 a visit on Saturdays $10 mid-week
Junior visitors (under 18)	$5 – contact club coach Peter Gerrans for further information

Membership

We welcome new members. Fee free come down as a visitor for social tennis to meet some of our members and find out more about being part of the Club (visitor’s fees apply).

Our financial year runs from 1 October to 30 September. Our membership fee schedule is currently:

NEW MEMBER SPECIAL – 50% off first year	$200
Full unrestricted membership (adult)	$395
Unrestricted couple membership	$690
Mid-week only membership (M-F)	$255
Pennant only membership (subject to full membership of another Tennis West affiliated club)	$170
Young adult membership – 18 to 23 years	$210
Country membership	$170

Membership applications & renewals for senior club members can be performed online via Tennis Australia’s MyTennis platform. Payment can be made via EFT or credit card.

If you don’t have a MyTennis account, you will be required to set one up. Then select your desired membership category and choose your payment option. If paying by credit card, you will be directed to the secure Stripe payment gateway to facilitate the transaction. If paying by EFT, you will receive an email with the Club’s bank account details and you should make a transfer to our account.

Your membership is approved once the Club validates your membership and you receive an email confirmation.
